i-Mate JAQ is a smartphone that boasts a TI OMAP850 200MHz cpu, 64MB Memory, 128MB ROM, 2.8-inch TFT LCD screen, full QWERTY keypad, and a miniSD memory card expansion, integrated antenna, and Bluetooth compatibility. It measures 122 x 71 x 22mm and weighs 16g.
