Toshiba announced the 811T multimedia clamshell which support W-CDMA and triband GSM (900 / 1800 MHz). It comes with a 2.4-inch TFT LCD display which supports a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and 262,000 colors, a monochrome oled external display so that you can control the music player and reject calls without opening the phone and a 3.2-megapixel camera with LED flash and a secondary 0.3-megapixel camera for video calls.

Other features included a MicroSD card slot for memory expansioon up to 1GB, built-in stereo speakers which deliver a decent output, GPS, Bluetooth, dedicated music keys, and a music player.
