I received mine in the mail today. This is not even a good toy, much less a piano. It is poorly made and works inconsistently, if then. Software also buggy, even after their upgrade. Buy something, anything else. You’ll never use something as bad as this.

Help- my wife bought me one for christmas software just freezes up every time I load it, I have a lot of experience with MIDI with a far less powerfull computer than I use now, thought I could sort it but NO, any help apptreciated including dump it in a bin, if anyone can recommend another programme to use with it I would be gratefull

This product is garbage. I bought one for my son and was sorry I did so. NOTHING works as advertised. AVOID this junk.
