Samsung SCH-B540 is a DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) phone that features a swivel QVGA TFT-LCD display, 2-megapixel camera, MP3 player, built-in DMB tuner, file viewer, Tv-Out, stereo speakers and Bluetooth.

The swivel screen can be twisted to a horizontal position for a better viewing. Stereo speakers are designed at 2 side of the display screen, when it is twisted horizontally. If you are not satisfied with QVGA screen, you can always use TV Out port to watch media on a much bigger screen. It measures in at just 14.9mm thick. No word yet on pricing and availability.
